Susanne Kubik is a self-leadership coach for corporate women who look like they have it all, but feel disconnected, tired, and stuck inside. Her original website didn’t reflect the quality or depth of her work, and the overall experience didn’t yet match the level of professionalism and trust needed to speak to women in senior, high-responsibility roles. The goal was to redesign the website around flow, structure, and emotional pacing, so visitors could immediately understand who Susanne helps, what she offers, and what it might feel like to work with her.The new layout guides visitors through a considered journey: from recognition (“this sounds like me”), to possibility (“this could feel different”), to practical next steps (“here’s how we work together”).
